Aurelia prepares a clear quotation, a rooming plan and a contribution schedule. The group treasurer deals with one coordinator. Members know what is included before money leaves the account.

Payment arrangements are available on selected journeys and remain subject to availability, supplier conditions, departure date, deposit, Aurelia booking terms and the agreed final payment date. A reservation is confirmed only once required conditions and initial payment are met.
